People
Each person gets their own licence by email. Computers set up with the same licence can restore from each other. You see how many computers each person has and how full their storage is, and nothing about their files.

Add a person
Merge two people into one
For when the same person was added twice, or signed in under two different names on two computers. Their computers and their licence move to the person who stays, and those computers can then restore from each other. The person merged away is switched off. Nothing is deleted and no backed-up file moves.
Computers
Only you see this. Stop halts a computer's SyncBox completely, within five minutes, until you start it again here: no backups, no restores. Records is the list the agent keeps on the computer, with its log and the room left on that drive.
